  • Instructions for fMRI Volunteers

    • If you are interested in participating as a subject in our fMRI experiments, please download and read both the the Purdue fMRI Screening Form and Purdue fMRI Consent Form. These documents will provide you with a greater understanding of the possible experiments to be conducted and also allow you to best understand the potential risks associated with being an fMRI subject.

    If you remain interested in being a subject, please fill out and submit to Prof. Talavage (MSEE 362) the Purdue fMRI Screening Form.

  • Cochlear Implant Simulator Evaluation

    • If you are interested in participating as a subject in our simulation studies of how cochlear implant patients adapt to the neural signals provided to the brain by the electrical stimulation of their implant, please download and read the Cochlear Implant Simulation Consent Form.
